 Food Broker: Sales agent representing the food manufacturer in an agreed upon territory.  Responsibilities include assisting and supporting the manufacturer to identify opportunities to grow the business by selling more products to end-user operators and stores.   

Distributor/Wholesaler: Company that purchases, warehouses, and delivers product to various end-user operators and retail stores, including restaurants, cafeterias, caterers, delis, grocery stores, convenience stores, and more.
